About

Libby Schwartz, MS, NCC

Who I am..

My professional journey has been about helping people.  As a practicing attorney for more than 20 years, I helped clients--individuals and businesses--navigate the legal system to protect their contracts, trade secrets, and fiduciary relationships.  As my practice evolved, I also worked with individuals whose lives had been upended by serious unexpected injuries.  Through it all, I worked to be the best possible advocate, finding great satisfaction in using my expertise to secure victory for my clients.  Clients came to me for help and answers, and I loved being able to provide them.

Over time, I became interested in a different way to help clients:  facilitating the discovery of their own power to overcome obstacles.  I went back to school to earn a Master's degree in counseling and now work with individuals who face challenges they are not sure how to tackle.  As a licensed professional counselor, I no longer have the "answers," but I firmly believe that you do.  Through our work together, you can find them.
